Exercise Physiology South in Victor Harbor is perfectly located close to the Fleurieu Aquatic Centre’s hydrotherapy pool, so we can offer water-based programs too, if considered the right option for your health and well-being.
Hydrotherapy is a great way to build muscular strength and endurance without pain or the mobility barriers you may face on land.
The warm water reduces the strain on your joints enabling you to move your body better helping to reach your health goals sooner.
Those who are unable to walk, or find walking a challenge, would particularly love the opportunity to move more freely in the pool.

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists will assess your requirements during your initial appointment and recommend the best movement and exercise prescription for your ability, health and goals. If you are interested in hydrotherapy please mention this to our staff.
